His attention to all details and needs was caring, professional, spot-on and assuring. Everyone involved was respectful and professional and gave their best efforts to make their end result the best one possible. I highly recommend them!

From day one when Pete and Ben came by and did a free estimate, through today, these folks have been everything you are looking for in a roofer. They were timely and clear communicators, they did the battle with the insurance adjuster and worked with my local office to really have my back to get everything taken care of for a total replacement after storm damage and horrible product from the construction crew who built my home. Any issues that came up, Ben Blamer stayed on top of, and when other team members entered into the process, from the office, and scheduling, and management side, they were all equally helpful, respectful and considerate. Ben is still going to bat over something my adjuster is trying to renege on related to the gutters, and I'm confident they will get this issue squared away as he and his team did any other hurdle that came our way. I also really appreciated Brandon's follow through on clean up after the job was done, ensuring my yard was safe for me and my pets. Highly recommend these folks!
Roof Repair
We had storm damage from a tornado in our area. Ben showed up and made sure the neighborhood was taken care of. He helped with my insurance and the new roof was completed quickly. The crew cleaned up well and the roof looks beautiful. I would definitely recommend them. They went above and beyond for my family x

I had roof damage from a storm.so I called music city roofers.They came to my home,I got an estimate.they were quick to get started.they started about 7 andfinished about 12.they clean up ,and the roof looks good.They were professional through the whole process
Outstanding Quality and Service
Daniel and James worked effectively with my insurance company to assess storm damage. They very thoroughly explained the roof installation process and patiently answered all of my questions. The installation process went smoothly, and my new roof is beautiful! I highly recommend Music City Roofers!
Fantastic experience-highly recommend
We are late leaving this review but we had to have our roof replaced after damage from the windstorm last year. Our experience from start to finish with this company was really great. The level of communication was perfect. Zach and his team helped us through the insurance portion and kept us well informed. They were patient and helpful throughout the process and were unwaveringly pleasant and professional. Our roof looks great and we’ve received compliments. They made the process less painful. We would highly recommend them.
