Bailey came out after the storm and asked to inspect my roof he was very polite and seamed honest like he had experience in the industry after looking around for a few he came down and gave me a pass but thanks to him for being kind and honest

Shout outs to Spence and Matt—and to all who made my new roof possible. Impressive persistence from Spence with my insurance company to get the roof. Took almost a year. Matt was great on site—paid attention to details. And even when the install caused some unexpected collateral damage, MCR stepped up and took care of it. Highly recommend. They’ve now installed half a dozen or so roofs on my street. That in itself is a recommendation!

Spence did a tremendous job coordinating high quality work with the needs of my insurance company, which sometimes took great patience from Music City. The end result is a beautiful new roof!

We developed a difficult to locate roof leak and contacted Spence Newman from music city who immediately dispatched himself to inspect the roof and then scheduled additional resources to be on site to correct the issue. If I had any questions, Spence took ownership and worked with the team members to get the job completed, including replacing wood that was damaged by the leak. I want to thank the team and especially Spence for going above and beyond.

Can't say enough about MCR--especially Spence, who was the first person to meet me and take a look at my roof in hopes of getting an insurance claim for hail damage. It took almost a year--ended up with two separate claims to finally get the rook done. Spence was instrumental in making it all happen. Even with an inconvenient mishap during the install, MCR came through. Many thanks!

After the big hail storm hit Franklin, we were concerned about the state of our roof. We called Music City Roofers and Pete came out to do an inspection. He was honest and thorough and gave us a clean bill of health. He wasn’t at all pushy about filing a claim and put us at ease regarding our home and roof. Along with many others we suffered roof damage from a significant local hailstorm. Daniel Bush proved to be spectacular in his handling of the project, from start to finish. He walked us through the process, explained the process, walked us through the contract, and then came back a few times to check physical things out and make sure all was happening as planned. He even helped neighbors, some who had run into snags with other roofing companies and with insurance. Daniel shouldered the brunt of all logistics, and more. The roofing team was very good, working long and hard to get things done quickly and well. Brendan - the job foreman - even ran to Home Depot to get something no one had anticipated needing until our damage had been uncovered. Both Daniel and Brendan were personable, communicative and responsive. That's the kind of work and attitude you want. Roof replacement can be daunting. I guess you could say the 'undaunted' the experience. We'd recommend MC Roofing without any hesitation.
