Highly Recommend!
Before this experience I knew very little about my roof. Pete Kerber came over and took a thorough look at it, and very kindly and patiently explained what needed to be done. Pete answered all my questions, and really made it a simple process, working with my insurance company to get the roof replaced. On the day the work was done, Nathanael Hall was here to supervise the job and was friendly and easy to work with, answering all of my questions. Both Pete and Nathaneal came back after the roof was done to inspect the work, follow-up with a couple of minor adjustments that needed to be made, and to sweep the property for nails. If you need any roofing work done, I absolutely recommend that you call Pete at Music City Roofing, I know you won't regret it!

New roof from hail damage
We contacted several roofing companies after the recent hailstorm & Music City gave us a great competitive quote. Richard came out as often as we asked to go over our options for the house roof & the screen room roof. Everyone at Music City was knowledgeable & courteous. The roofing crew accidentally damaged our Halloween decorations & Music City comped us for the cost of the decoration. They did a post installation inspection to make sure we were happy. They're a great company & we would definitely use them again for the next roof!!
Great and Easy
Glenn made the experience very easy. He came to my home, explained what he was there for, and asked if he could go on my roof. He found hail damage which I had no idea of. Then talked me through the steps of contacting my insurance company and explained what the insurance company would do. He stayed in contact and answered every question I had. He was very personable and I would recommend him to anyone needing roof service.

Spence Newman quickly located the problem at the roof vent and recommended caulking the nail heads and around the vent. The work was done at no charge. I would definitely recommend Music City and will call them with any future problems.

Bailey came out after the storm and asked to inspect my roof he was very polite and seamed honest like he had experience in the industry after looking around for a few he came down and gave me a pass but thanks to him for being kind and honest

Excellent customer service
Shout outs to Spence and Matt—and to all who made my new roof possible. Impressive persistence from Spence with my insurance company to get the roof. Took almost a year. Matt was great on site—paid attention to details. And even when the install caused some unexpected collateral damage, MCR stepped up and took care of it. Highly recommend. They’ve now installed half a dozen or so roofs on my street. That in itself is a recommendation!

Spence did a tremendous job coordinating high quality work with the needs of my insurance company, which sometimes took great patience from Music City. The end result is a beautiful new roof!

We developed a difficult to locate roof leak and contacted Spence Newman from music city who immediately dispatched himself to inspect the roof and then scheduled additional resources to be on site to correct the issue. If I had any questions, Spence took ownership and worked with the team members to get the job completed, including replacing wood that was damaged by the leak.
