Before this experience I knew very little about my roof. Pete Kerber came over and took a thorough look at it, and very kindly and patiently explained what needed to be done. Pete answered all my questions, and really made it a simple process, working with my insurance company to get the roof replaced. On the day the work was done, Nathanael Hall was here to supervise the job and was friendly and easy to work with, answering all of my questions. Both Pete and Nathaneal came back after the roof was done to inspect the work, follow-up with a couple of minor adjustments that needed to be made, and to sweep the property for nails.
