Tom Wyrick came out to my home and did a free roof inspection. He found damage in several areas, and he worked closely with the insurance adjuster from beginning to end.Even though MCR came highly recommended, I did my homework in interviewing several other companies. However, they couldn't compete with MCR's 50-year labor warranty, which no other company offers. (Other companies provide the manufacturer warranty for the shingles but not the labor). The warranty, along with Tom's responsiveness and professionalism, convinced me they were the best company for my job.Before the day of the install, I sent specific instructions for the crew. My HOA is extremely particular, and the houses in my neighborhood have very small yards. MCR was diligent to follow all instructions and they went above and beyond to protect my property and my neighbor's new landscaping.
